Delivery & Returns

PlanToPave offers a nationwide home delivery service. There are no additional costs beyond the product price you see quoted though a small order charge will apply to Millboard Enhanced Grain & Weathered Decking for orders under £1500. Bespoke pricing and delivery arrangements are in place for Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and BFPO addresses. Please contact for an individual quote.

Deliveries are normally made within seven days of an order being placed. Full delivery details will be forwarded, to the email address you have provided, prior to despatch.

Standard deliveries are made from a tail lift vehicle. At ordering, we would need to be advised of any height, weight or access restrictions en route to the delivery address. Likewise, we cannot deliver to a gravel driveway or a premises with sloping access. With prior notification, it may be possible to source an alternative vehicle, for which there could be an additional cost. Paving products can be bulky, so please ensure there is enough space available for the delivery to be made on to a private driveway, lawn etc. We will not be able to leave any product on publicly owned land, verges, pavements, highways etc. Failure to advise on any of the above which prevents a delivery from taking place will attract a minimum redelivery charge of £50.

Your delivery could arrive at any point during the agreed delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery time so please arrange for the product to be delivered prior to of any specific labour being on site to minimise the project costs.

Unless previously agreed, the buyer or buyer’s agent will need to be available at the delivery address to receive the goods. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the delivery will not be made and the product will be retained by the haulier/haulage contractor until further instructions received. A redelivery charge will be payable before the delivery can be completed.

In exceptional circumstances, unattended deliveries may be made, but this is neither recommended, or advised. The haulier and PlanToPave will not accept any responsibility once the goods have been delivered.

Should any damage have occurred during transit or delivery, the buyer shall inform PlanToPave immediately. Likewise if the delivery is short, the haulier’s delivery ticket must be annotated immediately. Corrective action will be taken by PlanToPave on receipt of any advice or claim supported by the delivery ticket and photographic evidence. No responsibility will be accepted by PlanToPave for product damage incurred after deliver.

Please note –

We do not deliver items to multiple addresses.

Delivery times relate to stock items only.

For out of stock items we will contact you and either organise a refund or give you an estimated time of availability.

We do deliver to an address other than billing address providing the buyer or known agent is on hand to inspect and sign for the product.

Additional Information

We always try to deliver an order within the agreed schedule and on the due delivery date, but regrettably there are occasions when targets are missed. There are instances where matters are beyond our control that we cannot be held responsible for, resulting in your product not arriving on the day in question.

Recommendation – The employing of contractors or hiring of equipment should not be arranged for the day of delivery just in case the scheduled delivery is not received until late in the day.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is in addition to your legal rights.

Returns

All goods are paid for in advance and are sold as described. If, for whatever reason, the purchased items are no longer required they may be returned to PlanToPave, at the buyers cost, within 7 days of delivery for a refund. A full refund will be made, subject to, the product being unused and returned in the same condition as when they were sold. If collection of the goods is required, the refund will be the full amount, less haulage and labour charges

Damaged Goods
If the product you purchase is damaged, or faulty, on arrival, we may offer an exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

We recommend that the buyer, or a known agent, is on site to inspect the delivery to ensure all is in order. If damage is noted at delivery, we ask that the product is signed for as “damaged” on arrival. Replacements are easier to organise when damage is noted at delivery, which is why it is important for the buyer, or known agent, to check the delivery before signing. Unfortunately, breakages can happen, so we suggest that all products are checked on arrival to see how many are faulty. We recommend that photographs are taken to record details of any damaged products prior to contacting our office.

Unfortunately, due to the costs involved we cannot collect damaged product. Customers are advised to dispose of any damaged product once replacements have been supplied.

Return of Block Paving Packs
Due to the cost of transportation, returns of any block paving packs will incur higher collection charges. We therefore recommend all customers avoid over ordering such products.
